Snowsports In Jasper

Marmot Basin Resort height 1,058m with 1,675 acres of skiing between 1,700-2,600m, including open bowls and chutes in the upper area. Marmot Basin has just 8 Lifts (7 chairlifts, 1 magic carpet) for 26eEasy, 43 intermediate and 17 more difficult runs,. the longest run being over 5Km long. Marmot Basin has a snowboard park and 300Km of Cross Country Skiing trails.



The Marmot Basin shuttle pass comes free when you pre-book your lift pass.



Ski Guiding: Marmot Basin has its very own Mountain Hosts available daily to show you around the mountain. This Free service is suitable skiers and snowboards but not for beginners.



Other snow activities include dog sledding, heli-skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoe walking, winter walking trails.


Activities & Nightlife In Jasper

Off the mountain, in the little town of Jasper, fill your time with curling, horse rides, outdoor ice skating, canyon walks, leisure centre with aerobics, indoor swimming pool, raquetball, squash and spa treatments.



Jasper has a selection of restaurants from the small, family run, Pizza Place, to fine dining at the Jasper Park Lodge. Jasper also has some lively bars.
