Starting with Lake Louise ski area, then onto Marmot Basin, finishing in Banff to ski both Mt Norquay and Sunshine Village. On this self-drive tour you take the scenic Iceland Parkway, linking Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. This private tour is ideal for families and any skiier looking to try the best of Alberta's Rocky Mountain skiing. This suggested tour itinerary is designed to give you a sense of what is possible. We tailor-make each holiday to your specific requirements so add or remove nights to suit you. Variants on the itinerary might involve a flight into Edmonton and departure from Calgary.

The road that links Jasper and Banff is known as the Icefields Parkway. Lined on both sides with rocky peaks and glaciers. In summer the glaciers stand out blue against the rock but in ski season everything is white, including the sprinkling of frozen lakes. There's wildlife here too, much hidden but take your time and a pair of binoculars. This drive can be done in under 4 hours but you should expect to take at least 5 hours to allow for photo opportunities. On arrival check into the Banff Springs for 3 or more nights.
