Sunshine Village, Lake Louise Ski Resort and Mount Norquay all offer shuttles from Banff to the resorts with various convenient pick up points through out town. Shuttle transportation is included in the purchase of a tri-area lift ticket allowing you free access to all three resorts with nearly half a dozen departure times before noon heading to each resort.
Cross Country Skiing
Glide through the spruce glades and breathe in the fresh winter air in one of North America’s longest cross-country skiing seasons. Scenic track-set trails can be found within minutes of the Town of Banff. Banff itself has 59km of trails. There are another 87km from Lake Louise and 87km off the Bow Valley Parkway.

Take the opportunity for some off piste fun with dog sledding or snowmobiling. You will marvel at this stunning wilderness and its wildlife with regular sightings of elk, moose , buffalo and bighorn sheep. Winter hikes, ice walks, and snowshoeing. Stroll the shorelines of Lake Minnewanka, watch for wildlife at Vermilion Lakes or walk the river bank to the famed Bow Falls.
