Accommodation At Lederers Living

There is a lounge area affectionately kown as the living room. With its open fireplace and small library, it provides guests with an opportunity to meet other people, share a chat and a laugh, enjoy a drink or browse the Internet using one of the iPads (available on a loan basis).

The 19 bedrooms are furnished in a modern style and serve as small oases of relaxation and comfort. Our rooms are available as double rooms, family suites or apartments.

Standard Room: The rooms with a view of Kirchbichl and the grass mountains of the Schmittenhöhe behind it. The soft rustling of the Kaprun Ache will gently lull you off to sleep.

Family: With two separate sleeping rooms, the family studios provide enough space for up to 4 people. All studios are equipped with a bathtub. As an extra special feature, the Nintendo Wii console provides playtime fun for both young and old.

Apartments: If you love having a lot of space, our hotel apartments are perfect for you. In the fully equipped holiday flat, self-sufficiency of the finest kind is guaranteed. A comfortable living room with sofa bed, a modern kitchen and 2 sleeping rooms provide enough space for 4-6 people. Of course, these rooms are also equipped with all the standard conveniences provided by Lederer’s Living. At your request, participation in the breakfast buffet can be booked additionally.
 

Drink & Dine At Lederers Living

An extensive breakfast buffet is provided for guests each day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. It goes without saying that hot meals, like scrambled egg, are prepared fresh to order. In good weather the sunny terrace may also be used and, on request, you can even enjoy your breakfast in your room.
